when these double stroke, does the flood bar chop down to the table being the screen frame is already down, or does the whole screen just lift back up to the print carriage for the additional flood?

You can set it to multiprint in the down position which means the second print it skips the flood OR it will bring the screens back up and flood then print.   It all happens fast enough either way.

This is what the Screen Looks like where you can set any thing you like about each head, then you can even copy a head and paste it to another, or paste to all.  Pretty slick.

so in this menu, you select the print station that you want, say pallet 1 that might have the trilock pallet on, and the table will go to said print head vs holding the index knob till you get where you want to be? Pretty cool indeed

Nice info.  This is the type of stuff I think a lot of us have wanted to see for a long time.  I wish I had time to go check one out but there aren't enough days in the week right now.

I may of missed it in here guys, but do all the screens raise/lower for every print? Or just the ones for the heads that are turned on?

Only heads that are turned on or assigned to print will raise/lower.

I figured that was the case, but when you guys all show of your presses you are always showing of all the colors!

this is awesome... would be especially nice when you have stubborn inks that won't clear on the first stroke. 

I also especially like the fact that you can adjust the squeegee pressure right from control station.

Next up will be a select box per station that you select what ink type and batch is on the screen, and it returns the settings you used the last time with that ink.  I could see that saving a lot of time during setup, especially for your third-shift more junior press ops.
