That is a different question.
This is to be used just for proofs. It just looks a bit more professional

Instead of drawing boxes and coloring them, you just press one button and that is it

I really need to look into the scripts I have found over time for Illustrator. I have a bunch saved but haven't spent the time to see if they can save me time and work!
