Some non contact guns have a jack for a cable for a probe, so can do double duty.
That rug really tied the room together, did it not?

We have a 12 foot Sprint 2000 HO.

Plastisol:  We run at 327 for 50/50 blends at 12 speed (1 minute in the dryer)  100% cotton at 340 and 12-16 Depending on flashing/manufacturer/color of garment/thickness of ink.

WB/Discharge: 340 and 6-8 speed (1:45-2:00 in the dryer)

If we are running Wilflex Top Score: 295 and 16 speed or faster depending on how thin the poly is.
Been in the industry since 1996.  5+ years with QCM Inks.  Been a part of shops of all sizes and abilities both as a printer and as an Artist/separator.  I am now the Ink and Chemical Product Manager at Ryonet.

Sprint International, 12' heat, 60" belt, 360 degrees and 22'/minute for light garments with thin layers of ink and 370 and 20'/min for darks with underbases.

I was very impressed with our dryers settings compared to what it actually is inside.  I know a lot of dryers aren't that way.  If you set ours to 360, it will be 360 degrees throughout the entire chamber according to the donut probe.  It's nice to know that you can count on the settings to be true, the belt speed is dead on as well.  With our belt set to 24, the garment is in the heat chamber for exactly 30 seconds, 24' per minute right on the dot.  Most ink deposits hit 320 with about 2' to go with our settings and if we're using a thicker layer of ink than normal I may turn the belt speed down by 2-3 units and bump the temp up 10 degrees.  When the tech was here he told us what most shops run the sprint at so that's where I started and using the probe a few times (an hour a day for the first few weeks) I dialed in the settings and I think we could go down more on temp and lower belt speed but I need the belt to run without slowing the auto down.

Black 100% cotton tees we run at 338 degrees, retention time 1 minute, oven length 3 meters. Dry fit tees we run at 320 if printed with standard poly inks, when we use Wilflex Performance we go down to 311 degrees and run them as well a little faster.
Discharge we do at 374 for 2 minutes.
