Just tried to buy this.  Confirmation screen showed up as a blank page.  My card was charged $1.65 instead of $25 and I have gotten no confirmation of the purchase or any kind of download link...wut?

Might have to dispute this one unless something comes through soon :/

Why not just contact the vendor first? A dispute should be the final resort not the first step....

The $1.65 charge means that they initiated a transaction with your bank and awaiting confirmation. It's a fraud protection tactic. I think it's a practice that makes most online purchasers uncomfortable even when they know about that payment security method..

I emailed them immediately after the transaction, and will likely wait for a response before filing a complaint.  I just don't understand why they aren't using a streamlined process to deliver digital goods.  I have been buying and selling stuff online (physical and digital) without issue basically every day for the last decade...just a little frustrating to have some kind of test transaction and have to wait for the actual transaction and download link at this point...

I am having problems too, but with Paypal.
Filled in everything but the transaction did not show on my paypal.
I will wait for a while, then email them if nothing happens.

got a response.  Basically they told me the transaction failed and to try again.  I'm going to hold off until the $1.65 is credited back to me.  If this was some kind of bank test transaction due to fraud protection my bank should have sent me an alert, as it always does when they suspect fraud.  No alert, and no credit yet...

it is a standard practice for many companies to do this and it might take a week or more for the charge to drop off.

I have used these guys for several years now and have never had any trouble with payment. Had a few problems with files but they were more than helpfull in getting these problems solved. That 1.65 will go away soon..... they might be overloaded with orders with this great deal.
