need a ride to the show from LAX Friday morning. Anybody up for it?

Why did you not just fly into Long Beach?  Jet Blue goes straight there. 

but I know there is a cheap shuttle as well.

Dude, the shuttles are rather cheap. Especially if you get the round trip deal. I fly in early Wed. morning there is usually a coupon code for one of them in the flight magazines for a % off. I'll post the code here as soon as I get off my first flight.

Looks like someone beat me to the promo code.... Sounds about right. Plus I have had AWESOME luck meeting owners or purchasers from other shops on the rides(usually back to the airport). One year I met the "equipment guy" for some big place in Vietnam, they printed for the Limited companies and such. pretty cool so shoot the breeze with him! Also met a couple that had a shop in Kansas that was there researching autos to buy their first one. They actually sent me a thank you card about 2 months later thanking me for sharing my anatol experiences with them. Apparently they were having a hard time deciding between a Horizon and a Diamondback(I didn't know they had those two as finalists). They checked up on some of the things I had mentioned and went with the Diamondback and were extremely pleased.

Just saying it is kinda cool how much can be covered on a trip to the airport!

First of all, sounds like you committed a federal offence, defacing US currency is not something to play with. 

Man Darryl, I thought I was doing pretty good not saying anything about them lately! We will see how things go this week, apparently all my red issues should be taken care of. If not, it is the last straw and I will post all the emails and recorded phone calls on the forum here, and I think you will understand some of my issues, others are probably from childhood and will require many hours of shock therapy.   I did tell someone to contact you the other day because you enjoyed yours! It must be the air down there!

Where do people usually fly into? I have always just flown into LAX, one year they were going to re route me to Burbank. The airline said they are all about the same distance from Long Beach. I knew there was a airport in Long Beach but I guess I always assumed it was for smaller regional aircraft.

Long Beach is a great airport!  for me they have direct from Boston to Long Beach.  so sweet.

That's cool, do many airlines fly in there? I know Southwest(who I usually fly) doesn't.
