cost per square inch?

 I'm revisiting our pricing for some of our smaller niche items, and some require square inch pricing. Does anyone know what a rough estimate would be to price out jobs via sq. inches?

I know it depends on the type of ink, and mesh counts used for deposit, but maybe just a general ball park or a quick calculator they could point me to?
