Santa came a few times in a last few days :)
« on: December 26, 2013, 09:32:08 PM »
Staring on Monday, then Tuesday and then the Fusion press today finalized the package today.

Ricoh 7100, Hotronix Fusion heat press, multi size Mug Heat press and a bunch of supplies.
Hopefully, a deal I have been working on will pay it off almost instantly.

Thank to Sweetts (Roger) for all your help and a bunch of those samples you brought me.

Sublimation, here I come.

NICE.   I could use that sub mug thing.  If we make it long enough, we'll get one of those sub printers.

We've had our fusion press a couple of years. There are a couple of things that you might want to do.
make sure you have a surge protector of some sort. We had a brown out and it damaged the main board. Got it replaced on warranty($550.00 touch if you are paying for it) but before then it wouldn't save any new pre-sets.
you might want to cover the rail that the plate rides on( has sharp corners near the front and things get snagged on it, also possibility of staining from grease on there) Have fun.

Surge protectors don't do much and definitely won't help with brown outs.  If it can handle the amp draw a battery backup with voltage regulation would help.
