new diptank suggestions

I need to get a new diptank. The one I have now will only accommodate manual frames. I need one that will fit 23x31 Newmans. I'm a small volume shop, so a smaller size one would probably be better so there is less expense on the chemical costs to fill. Suggestions/links on where to get one for a good price?

Right here, cheap if you buy direct, you can talk them into throwing the chemical in as well. Less than 3 bills I believe.

Sonny, can we get a hint? When in 2014? Approximate cost? Are we talking about a dip tank and chemical system by a new company (xenon)? Or something totally different?

Can't speak for chems, but the cci tank is nice.  Compact, sturdy, built in hold down (which can double for drain stand if creative), and built in spigot out of the side (just elevate it so you can get a 5 gallon bucket under it... I think Gerry gave me that tip.)

Can't speak on sonny's new announcement, but I belive and hope that it will turn the reclaiming side of the house on it's head... can't wait to have it in house.

If you are looking for an all in one, the CCI dip'n'strip is good, that is what I am running now. Just do not take a sales reps advice and use less chemical and when it gets weak add more chemical. The kit comes with 3 gallons, use all 3. I was upset about the longevity of the first batch because of this bad advice and went to Franmar and that seemed to not last as long. Went back to the CCI and used as directed (3gallons to 30 gallons water) and it has been going strong for almost 6 months.

Yes Kev is right, get 2, 5 gallon buckets and place the tank on top of those otherwise your spigot is worthless for draining.

couldnt you attach a short hose to the spigot and drain it that way, if it wasn't fully elevated?  I'd suggest putting it on wheels too.
