heat pressing on 100% polyester

I have a client looking to do some basketball jerseys on 100% polyester jerseys.

Any tips on what ink i should use for the transfers? two color print, white and navy on orange (of course)

i just want to make sure they don't bleed, to much

are you printing the transfers?  or ordering them?

we use numbers from transfer express or stahls...just pay attention to the temp pf heat press and when we do the white or lighter color numbers on darker jerseys we have really light pressure...For some reason when we do it the other way around we need more pressure.

we are going to print them ourselves. it's nothing we can't handle, and haven't done before, i've just never done it on 100% poly before!

I've never made a transfer with Poly ink. If nothing is mentioned about transfer use of your particular ink, perhaps you can talk to a tech at the manufacturer's and see what they think.
Perhaps with the well regulated heat, a mere low bleed ink will be sufficient. Then again, a lot may be up to the particular dye job on these particular;lar shirts.

We've made 2 color transfers with the poly white base; about 5% of them bled (?) but the rest were fine. Test, test, test

Our go to white is triangle poly excel and we make a lot of transfers with it, no issues.  Press with moderate pressure at 330 for about 15 seconds on ours. We use adhesive powder on almost all of our transfers.
