Straps or Bands for (apparel) bundling.
« on: May 01, 2012, 02:24:11 PM »
I have a customer requesting that we create bundle packs (2 T's, 1 Hood) together and band them all into a pack.  Does anyone have any experience with this process, and if so could you direct me to a source for the Bands/Straps?

Thanks!

...I have used silicone bracelets for this, and you can have them customized....so it adds a percieved value to the shirts. Now whether or not you could stgretch one aroun such a hefty bundle is questionable, But I know they make them in different widths, so maybe they would stretch more?

Bagging could work, but would require more work than the customer wants I pay for.

Perhaps Sporty Spice's hair bands. 1/4" wide and about 7" in diameter but stretchy. At the dollar store or Walmart in the brush/scruncci aisle.  Perhaps a cost effective solution.

At one time we had some 1" wide big rubber bands with the company name on them. Used to wrap shirts in them and they worked great.
